Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Dock & Bay home essentials, so if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the home items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Dock & Bay pouches or boxes, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is folded neatly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
